All participants of the conference including attendees, speakers, and sponsors, volunteers are required to agree with the following code of conduct. The conference organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
Participants shall not engage in any harassment activities online, offline, social media, direct messaging, comments, or any other digital or non-digital media. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
Speakers of the conference must present their professional behavior and content and may not use conference as their personal gain or promotions.
All speakers are independent volunteers and have no association with the conference. The conference organizers may not be held responsible for their presentations and content.
